The campus of Carmel School reverberated with gratitude and admiration on this special occasion of Teachers' Day, On 5 th of September 2023. The students came together to honour their mentors in a heartwarming celebration that will be etched in memory. The day commenced with a warm welcome to our dedicated teachers, who were greeted with shower of flowers, symbolizing the blossoming of young minds under their guidance.

Principal Dr. Sr. Kripa, the beacon of wisdom herself, paid tribute to Dr. S. Radhakrishnan who was a committed educationist, who dedicated his birthday for honouring teachers of our Nation.

She also brought to light the life of Mother Theresa of Calcutta whose Feast Day is celebrated on 5th September. She taught the world the valuable lessons of love for the poor and the marginalized.  Principal congratulated and appreciated the teachers of Carmel Family and emphasized the invaluable role teachers play in shaping the future of the students.

The expressions of respect and gratitude from the students, was very heart-touching. They presented poems, songs, skit, kawali and messages of gratitude to their beloved teachers, showcasing the profound impact these educators have on their lives. The special assembly of class XII was very unique and presentations by different classes under the guidance of the school Cabinet were colourful and maticulous.

Head Boy Gaurav Disaval and Head Girl Jigyasa Banzal, expressed the sentiments of gratitude on behalf of the entire student body. The day's celebrations served as a reminder of the enduring bond between teachers and students at Carmel School, where knowledge is not just imparted but cherished and celebrated.
