On 8th July 2023, five faculty members of Carmel,  Kamed, Ujjain attended a seminar on National Education Policy (NEP2020)  in Oxford Junior College. The resource persons from CBSE Mrs. Archna Sharma and Mr. Abbas Ali Badnagarwala explained the new elements of NEP 2020.

The seminar aimed to provide an overview and understanding of its key aspects within a concise format. Teachers were introduced to the NEP's objectives, such as promoting holistic development, flexibility in curriculum design, and integrating technology into education. The seminar also focused on the importance of critical thinking, creativity, and vocational skills in the new educational framework. Teachers learnt about assessment reforms, teacher training programs, and the emphasis on inclusive education. This seminar empowered the educators to effectively implement the NEP's principles in their classrooms, fostering a student-centric learning environment.
