Investiture Ceremony at Carmel Ujjain

The Grand Investiture Ceremony held at Carmel Ujjain on 30th June 2023 was a momentous event that marked the appointment of the student council members and celebrated their leadership roles within the school cabinet. It was held under the congenial presence of the chief guest, District Commandant, Home guards Ujjain, Shri Santosh Kumar Jat. The ceremony was filled with the atmosphere of enthusiasm and pride for the school.

The Principal Dr. Sr. Kripa Maria took pleasure to welcome the Chief Guest on his gracious presence and presented a sapling.

The function is inaugurated with lightning of the lamp and unfurling of the school flag. Then school cabinet took oath of office. 

The Head Boy Mast. Gaurav Disawal and Head Girl Miss. Jigyasa Banzal presented a grand salute to Shri Jat and were handed over the Flags by him.

The impressive March past, despite of the rains was the highlight of the ceremony. It served as a platform to officially announce and recognize the student council members who would shoulder responsibilities throughout the academic session. The elected council members took a solemn oath, pledging their commitment to their roles and responsibilities, as well as to the betterment of the school and its students.

Each student council member was presented with a badge of office, symbolizing their authority and representing their respective positions within the school hierarchy.

The investiture ceremony was attended by proud parents, esteemed guests, and members of the school alumni. Their presence added to the overall grandeur and encouraged the students in their new roles.

The ceremony came to end with an inspiring address by the chief guest, Mr. Jat, who shared their insights on leadership and the importance of upholding values and ethics.

The function was made vibrant and memorable through cultural performances by talented students. Dance and music which showcased the diverse talents present in the school community.

Distinguished alumnies were awarded for their remarkable performance in the 12th Board exams.

Overall, the event left an indelible mark on the attendees, fostering a sense of pride, unity, and determination within Carmel Ujjain's student community.
