A Special Assembly on
World Soil Day was successfully conducted by the students of Class 2nd
A on 17 December 2025 under the guidance of their class teacher, Ms. Sangeeta
Dumeer, with the aim of creating awareness about the importance of soil in our
lives.The programme began in a disciplined and prayerful atmosphere. The
students presented meaningful thoughts and catchy slogans highlighting the
vital role of soil in supporting life, agriculture, and food production. Their
confident and enthusiastic participation conveyed the importance of protecting
and conserving soil for a sustainable future.
The assembly was
informative and engaging, helping the students understand the significance of
soil in maintaining environmental balance. The programme concluded with a
positive message followed by the National Anthem.
At the end of the
assembly, the school principal, Dr. Sr. Kripa Maria, appreciated the efforts of
the students and encouraged them to continue spreading awareness about
environmental conservation.
