On January 30,
2026, the young students of Classes 1st A, B, and C at Carmel Convent Senior
Secondary School came together to celebrate National Bird Day with great
enthusiasm and environmental fervor. The program commenced with a spiritual and
soul-stirring rendition of the prayer song "He Bhagwan Tu Hai Mahan,"
setting a serene tone for the morning. Under the dedicated guidance of class
teachers Ms. Khushboo Gupta, Ms. Shweta Vajpai, and Ms. Rupali Vipat. The
assembly featured insightful Thoughts on nature conservation, followed by
rhythmic and expressive Hindi poems that highlighted the beauty of our
feathered friends. A major highlight was the energetic dance performance themed
around the message to "Save Birds," which was followed by a delightful
display of bird mimicry, where students showcased their talent by imitating
various avian calls.
The school
principal, Dr. Sr. Kripa Maria, graced the occasion and expressed her immense
joy in seeing the children's participation. She appreciated the students for
their confidence and creativity, emphasizing the importance of kindness toward
all living creatures. The event concluded on a high note, leaving a lasting
