In a radiant endeavour to dispel the shadows of mental health stigma, Carmel Convent Sr Sec School, orchestrated an enlightening awareness session on World Mental Health Day on 09th October,2024, under the stewardship of Mrs. Anjali Kumrawat (School Counsellor). The event, a celestial convergence of minds, sought to illuminate the importance of mental well-being among the young and impressionable students.

The session was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Monica Shringirishi, Associate Professor, RD Gardi Medical College, Ujjain luminary in the field of mental health. With a gentle eloquence, navigated through the complexities of mental health concerns, offering solace and guidance to the attentive audience. Interactive activities and thought-provoking discussions further enriched the experience, fostering a sense of understanding.
