School recently hosted a transformative two-day seminar for students of Classes
VI to XII, under the dynamic guidance of Capt. Jaison Thomas. The sessions were
meticulously curated to offer insights on personality development and the art
of converting potential into high performance. Through a series of engaging and
captivating activities, Capt. Thomas connected with the students, making the
learning process both enjoyable and impactful.
This enlightening seminar, arranged by the honourable
Principal Dr Sr Kripa Maria, focused on sensitising students to the importance
of confronting daily challenges and managing stress effectively. By fostering
self-awareness and resilience, the sessions empowered students to navigate the
complexities of their academic and personal lives with confidence. It also
equipped them with essential tools to thrive in an ever-changing world.
